Description & Services
DescriptionA residential health facility which is part of our International Centre.
Provides an opportunity for those with significant health problems to improve their health, through a program of focused and intensive practice of Taoist Tai Chi internal arts of health in a supportive, calm and healthy environment.
A broad range of medical conditions can benefit from the practice of Taoist Tai Chi. These can be the result of stress, the process of aging, as well as injuries and specific diseases. The Health Recovery Centre is available to those who wish to learn how to improve their health, using Taoist Tai Chi internal arts of health in an intensive and supervised environment. In particular, the Centre makes Taoist Tai Chi accessible to people with health problems that prevent them from attending regular Taoist Tai Chi classes, and provides them with a program that can be continued in their own community.
